These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph98 ("ph98," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph98.net. To register and maintain an account on ph98, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on ph98.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering on ph98.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph98, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ph98 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on ph98.

ph98 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to ph98's satisfaction.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on ph98. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering on ph98, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. ph98 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your ph98 account credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Immediately notifying ph98 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that you log out of your ph98 account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

ph98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to ph98 support immediately.

All financial transactions on ph98 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph98 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ph98's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on ph98 is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph98 account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your ph98 account balance.
• ph98 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph98 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph98 account holder.
• ph98 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on ph98 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are made available within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Bets may only be placed using available funds in your ph98 account balance. ph98 does not extend credit to players.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph98 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• ph98 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances where a technical malfunction has occurred.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, ph98's server records shall be the definitive record of all bets placed and outcomes determined.
• ph98 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers under real-time monitoring.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by account tier.

ph98 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed by players suspected of arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any other form of advantage play that ph98 deems contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

ph98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all ph98 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph98. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph98, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the ph98 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ph98 Platform, its software, or its systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ph98 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to ph98 immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph98 staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph98 account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

ph98 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If ph98 has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

All content on the ph98 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of ph98 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ph98 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without ph98's prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or for any public display.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorised use of ph98's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph98 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph98 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system failures, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

ph98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph98 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your ph98 account at any time by contacting ph98 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

ph98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that ph98 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

In the event of account termination for cause, ph98 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, ph98 may forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph98, you agree to first contact ph98 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph98 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

ph98's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

ph98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph98 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph98 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
